IS THERE A BENEFIT TO COMBINING CREATINE AND BETA ALANINE IN POWER SWITCH™?
There are several synergistic ingredients contained in POWER SWITCH™. In 2003, a study combining Beta Alanine and Creatine Monohydrate saw a 422% greater increase in exercise performance than Creatine Monohydrate alone. Several other studies have since backed up these findings.
